Challenge
Adapting complex Seller Dashboard workflows into a mobile-first Seller Hub required condensing multi-step processes while preserving control and visibility. The design had to prioritize essential seller actions, simplify dense data for small screens, and maintain real-time responsiveness for live selling.
The following map illustrates how I condensed multi-channel product management into a single mobile-first flow, integrating AI-assisted setup and real-time inventory tracking.
Challenge
On the web dashboard, all shipping actions lived inside complex order detail pages that required multiple steps and deep scrolling. Condensing this into a mobile workflow meant rethinking hierarchy, exposing only essential actions, and creating quick access to carriers and fulfillment statuses without overwhelming sellers during live sessions.
The following map visualizes the condensed fulfillment lifecycle redesigned from the Seller Dashboard’s order detail pages into a streamlined mobile system, supporting both Ezze and external carrier logistics.
