OverviewSeller Dashboard is the core hub for sellers to manage products, inventory, orders, logistics, and multi-channel sales.

Impact
Improved seller retention by 10–15%, reduced repetitive inputs by 30–40% through automation and AI, and created scalable workflows that enabled sellers to expand seamlessly across Live, Marketplace, and Virtual Auctions. These improvements boosted efficiency, increased multi-channel adoption by 20–25%, and strengthened overall platform growth.
Challenge
Sellers lacked a centralized, scalable way to manage product setup across channels, leading to inefficiency and inconsistent workflows.
I mapped seller workflows and created reusable flows across Live, Marketplace, and Virtual Auctions. To reduce repetitive work, I integrated AI with memory for auto-filling forms and added Giveaways to drive engagement.
Reduced repetitive inputs, improved efficiency, and enabled sellers to scale beyond live shows. Contributed to higher seller adoption and stronger ecosystem growth. (e.g., listing setup time reduced by ~40% with AI auto-fill).
In Stage 1, sellers completed all product setup manually without AI support.
Stage 2 (AI Phase 1) introduced manual AI detection to assist with product images and basic details.
By Stage 3 (AI Phase 2), AI was fully integrated with memory, auto-filling images, categories, and packaging to make form-filling faster and more consistent.
ChallengeSellers struggled with rigid shipping flows that didn’t support multi-order or multi-carrier logistics. Early single-order and auto-bundled systems were inefficient and too rigid as volumes grew.
Improved fulfillment efficiency, reduced manual workload, and increased seller confidence in scaling operations. Enhanced buyer trust through clearer shipment visibility. (e.g., reduced shipping-related support tickets by ~25%).
ChallengeSellers relied on manual reminders and fragmented product setup, with no integration into inventory or promotions. Without automation or timezone support, repeat events often overlapped or were missed.
Solution & ImpactI created a unified scheduling system that supported both Live and Virtual Auctions, integrated inventory and promotions, and added automation for repeats and timezone management.
Improved consistency and efficiency in planning shows, enabled sellers to switch seamlessly between sales formats, and supported scaling of live operations. (e.g., repeat scheduling adoption increased show consistency by ~30%).
- Scaling 2C seller tools requires balancing flexibility for power sellers with simplicity for casual sellers.
- Mapping features across stages (Product Flow, Order Shipment, Show Scheduling) taught me how to design modular systems that evolve without breaking existing workflows.
- Logistics and scheduling are not just back-office functions, they directly affect seller retention and buyer trust, so design decisions must anticipate operational pain points.
- Integrating AI is most valuable when it reduces repetitive inputs and builds consistency, rather than just adding “smart” features.
I want to keep building scalable, intelligent seller platforms that reduce operational friction, empower sellers of all sizes, and align design impact directly with business growth.
