OverviewAdmin Dashboard is the command platform for internal operations, powering compliance, oversight, and efficiency across Ezze Live.

My Role I designed the full operations platform, adding reporting and visualization to improve compliance and data-driven decision-making.

Impact Improved admin efficiency by 20–30%, increased transparency with faster reporting, and accelerated case resolution by ~20%, enabling the platform to scale while maintaining governance standards.



Project IPage Layout
OverviewEstablished a modular, intuitive structure that scaled with new admin functions and simplified navigation.

ChallengeAdmins struggled with layouts that lacked hierarchy, broke continuity with pop-ups, and scattered key info across tabs that slows operations and making data hard to scan.



SolutionsPrimary list: Added a summary banner above tables to surface key metrics and provide context before reviewing data.

Secondary page: Structured detail pages into modular sections (Header / Primary / Secondary) to improve readability, navigation, and comparison.

Impact (Outcomes)Reduced task-switching and page hopping, improved clarity with stronger hierarchy, and established a scalable structure that supports disputes, payouts, and event management. (~20% faster case resolution.)







Project IIData Visualization
OverviewIntroduced modern dashboards and reporting tools that transformed complex data into actionable insights.

ChallengeLegacy dashboards were static and failed to scale with the business. Limited interactivity prevented deeper analysis, and visuals did not highlight key insights for decision-making.

  1. Redesigned information hierarchy around users, commerce, and activities to improve clarity.
  2. Introduced diverse chart types and interactive modules to highlight key insights.
  3. Extended charts into secondary pages for deeper drill-down and analysis.

OverviewBuilt a reusable component library that ensured visual consistency and accelerated future product development.

Challenge Admin pages used inconsistent components and styles, with little alignment to modern design or technology standards. Extending features often broke consistency and slowed delivery.

What I Learned & Where I’m Headed...
  • Building internal admin tools requires balancing clarity and scalability — layouts must simplify today’s workflows while remaining flexible for new functions.
  • Designing dashboards taught me the importance of information hierarchy and interactivity in turning raw data into actionable insights for compliance and operations.
  • Creating a component library reinforced that consistency accelerates speed — standardized patterns not only improve user experience but also reduce design-to-development friction.

I want to continue shaping scalable, system-driven platforms where design and technology evolve together. My goal is to leverage design systems, modular frameworks, and intelligent visualization to empower both admins and end users, ensuring products can grow rapidly without losing clarity or consistency.
