Step 2. Comparative AnalysisTo guide the redesign, I analyzed Shopify and Stripe dashboards:
Primary Page: Both use independent data banners for key metrics. Shopify offers a date selection feature, while Stripe simplifies without it.
Secondary Page: Both platforms use independent blocks/dividers to organize content, reducing reliance on pop-ups for cleaner interactions.

ImpactThe enhancements have significantly reduced cognitive load, making information more accessible and simplifying task management for Ezze admins. The redesigned layout of the primary and secondary pages introduced a modern aesthetic, greatly improving workflow efficiency. This transformation has made the Ezze Admin Dashboard a well-organized, intuitive, and visually cohesive platform, substantially boosting operational engagement and user satisfaction.
